Many divorce settlements involve the division of retirement and pension plans. Those plans are divide among divorcing spouses by using qualified domestic relations orders (QDRO's). I have extensive experience in the preparation of QDRO's, and I have prepared QDRO's for numerous companies and benefit plans, for both my clients and clients of other attorneys.
