Having previously worked as a bartender, Alison is happy to have found another fast-paced and dynamic environment to work in. She enjoys the social aspect of client contact, and appreciates being part of an innovative team that seeks to take on problems and create solutions together.

My Role at Monteforte Law, P.C.

Working as a Legal Assistant, Alison aids in the drafting of estate plan and probate documents. She prepares MassHealth Applications, updates client files and legal data as projects progress, and helps to maintain communication with clients throughout the process.

Alison is someone who loves staying organized, so she’s excited to use those skills to help others feel more secure about their futures and those of their loved ones. She fully believes that with a little hard work and a strong plan in place, we can all turn our attention back to enjoying the here and now.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Alison staying active at the gym or outside with her dog, Trinity. She loves to read (with favorite book The Song of Achilles), and is currently trying to keep up with all the new Marvel movies. Alison also considers herself lucky to be well-traveled—her favorite trips so far have been to Interlaken, Hanoi, and Valencia—and she is looking to refresh her bucket list with any new recommendations that come her way.

Education

Alison is from Acton, Massachusetts and graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 2021. Afterwards, she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English. Alison graduated from the Commonwealth Honors College and also obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Creative Writing. In her time since, she has also completed Boston University’s Paralegal Certificate Program.
