Brianna is the friendly and proficient Legal Assistant and Receptionist at our distinguished estate planning and elder law firm. With a passion for assisting clients and a keen eye for detail, Brianna plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Brianna efficiently manages administrative tasks, scheduling, client communications, and a variety of legal support tasks. Her ability to keep things in order allows our legal team to focus on delivering the highest quality of service to our clients.
Beyond her legal support role, Brianna serves as the welcoming face of our firm. As the receptionist, she excels in providing a warm and hospitable environment for clients. Her excellent communication skills and professionalism make her a reliable point of contact for inquiries and appointments.
Her Favorite Part Of Her Job
Brianna's favorite part of her job is being able to talk directly with clients. She has an interest in being able to hear their stories and be a part in helping them plan their futures.
Why She Does This Work
Brianna's decision to fulfill this role began during her college years, where a couple of law classes sparked an interest in law.
When the time came to find a job post-graduation, Monteforte Law instantly stood out to her. What drew her in was not just the great reputation of our firm, but, more importantly, the sense of authenticity from our team.
Her academic background provides her with a solid foundation, while her receptionist role showcases her commitment to ensuring every client interaction is characterized by professionalism and empathy.
Fun Facts
Whether it's a beach day with friends, listening to her favorite music, or going on a road trip for a spontaneous adventure, Brianna loves spending time with her friends and relaxing. A bookworm at heart, she loves a good read, and her movie nights often feature the timeless humor of 'Mean Girls,' a throwback to the good old days.
When Brianna is not hanging out with her friends, she also loves to travel! Iceland holds a special place in her travel memories, thanks to its amazing scenery and breathtaking cliffs.
Education
Brianna graduated from Camden Hills Regional High School in 2019.
She then went on to attend college and graduated from Gordon College summa cum laude in 2023 (She majored in English with a concentration in Professional Writing, and minored in Political Science & Psychology).
