Our office is at 300 TradeCenter, Suite 6750, in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Attorney Michael Monteforte, Jr. is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York, and we can work with families anywhere in Massachusetts. In practice, most of our clients are within about a 25-mile radius of the Woburn office — which covers most of Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk counties.

You Do Not Have to Come to Woburn

A good deal of estate planning work does not require anyone to sit in a conference room. We meet by Zoom when that is easier, and for many families it is — particularly when adult children live out of state and want to be part of the conversation.

When a meeting genuinely should happen in person, we will tell you, and there is parking at the door.
