As a Lead Intake Coordinator, she is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their inquiries are handled with care and efficiency. She plays a vital role in assessing client needs, scheduling Strategic Planning Sessions, and ensuring that each client is matched with the right attorney.
Favorite Part of Her Job
Nicole loves helping people. She enjoys interacting with others, hearing their stories, and guiding them to find the best plans for their unique situations.
Why She Does This Work
Nicole’s passion for this work comes from her personal experiences of losing close loved ones. She understands how mentally and physically draining it can be for families, and she wants to ensure that people don't have to face unnecessary fights or tough decisions during an already difficult time. Helping others put their wishes in order brings her comfort, knowing it eases their minds.
Fun Facts
Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Summer is her favorite time of year, as they loves hanging by the pool and lighting the fire pit at night. She has a deep love for music and is always up for music-related activities, whether attending country concerts or participating in music bingo.
Nicole also has a background in education, having worked with students with special needs. Additionally, she has experience in the beauty industry, working as an Esthetician and Salon Manager.
Education
Nicole graduated from Revere High School in Revere, MA, in 2000, and went on to obtain her Associates Degree in Education from NSCC in Lynn, MA, in 2003. She then attended Salem State University, focusing on Education and Psychology. In addition to her education in the academic field, Nicole also attended the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, where she earned her Certificate in Esthetics.
