In their article Why America Is Failing To Feed Its Aging in Time MagazineLaura Ungar and Trudy Lieberman tell us about the hunger crisis in the elderly population of America. According to a recent study release by The Anti-Hunger Group Feeding America about 5.5 million seniors don’t have consistent access to enough food for a healthy life, a number that has more than doubled since 2001 and is only expected to grow as America grays.
