Pet Trusts

Your pets are apart of your family too, so don't forget about them! Protecting your pet is as easy as protecting your family. You can include any pet into your estate plan with a Pet Trust.  This helps appoint a caretaker for your furry friend in case anything happens to you. It also can allow you to put money aside for the caretaker to use only on your pet and nothing else. Make sure that if something happens to you, your pet doesn't suffer or end up in a shelter.

ElderLawAnswers goes into more detail about how to incorporate your pet into your estate plan in this article that you can read here.

If you want to create a Pet Trust for your animals, we can help! Give us a call at 978-657-7437 and we would be happy to give you more information!
