Step 1: Notice of when the client's first session with us is and how it went.
Step 2: Notice of the date of your client's signing of documents and/or approval of the MassHealth Medicaid Application.
Step 3: Live updates during the estate planning process, so referring partners know exactly what is going on with their clients.
Step 4: Referral fees are paid out when law allows, when referring partner's clients decide to move forward with our services.

We put our focus on making sure that any clients that are referred to us receive VIP treatment. After all, your referral to us is an act of trust.

In addition to ensuring the client is happy, we will pay referral fees to you, where allowed by the law, just for your referral! For each client that moves forward with our services, once the retainer is signed and paid, Monteforte Law, P.C. is delighted to send you a referral fee if allowed by the law. 

In addition to the referral fee, Monteforte Law, P.C. will add you to our exclusive referral network under your practice area. We are always getting calls about matters we do not handle, and those who refer to us we are happy to refer back to!
