I have a unique experience with Frank as I have brought many of my own (small to medium business owner) clients to him for help in estate planning, wills, trusts, and more. In doing so, I have seen Frank work through many difficult situations. He manages to take the complicated topics on with ease, providing advice, reassurance, and support. Even though the topics can be heavy, Frank has a way of keeping things light hearted, casual, and conversational.

What stands out to me is how my clients talk about Frank as I walk them to the elevator. Each time, I hear about how this "was way easier than expected", how they "feel so much better after talking to him", and "will sleep easier now".
